โ˜€Morning Routineโ˜€

The first thing I do in the morning is get out of bed, take a few deep breaths, and then meditate for around 20 minutes. As part of my meditation, I visualize everything I plan on achieving that day

Next, I exercise for about an hour to wake myself up. My preferred exercise is running, biking, or even just walking if the weather permits, which isnโ€™t always the case out here in London.

๐Ÿ—žCheck Daily News๐Ÿ—ž

The first thing I check is Google News, specifically the Business and Technology feeds. If youโ€™re wondering why, the answer is macro

What happens in the stock market can and often does have a huge impact on what happens in the crypto market, and what happens in the stock market is influenced by even larger economic trends

๐Ÿ“ฐCheck Crypto News๐Ÿ“ฐ

Google News almost never gives you the full picture of whatโ€™s going on in the crypto space, which is why my second stop is always CoinTelegraph, CoinDesk, and Decrypt

Although these three sites are arguably the best for crypto news, itโ€™s wise to be aware of the fact that they all have their own biases and when it comes to how they cover certain crypto projects

Whereas with Google News Iโ€™m looking for signs of uncertainty in the market, on crypto news sites Iโ€™m typically looking for any articles related to the cryptocurrencies I hold or plan on holding

๐Ÿ“…Check Crypto Calendar๐Ÿ“…

Coinmarketcal details most of the upcoming updates, developments, and exchange listings for most cryptocurrencies

Because Coinmarketcal changes every day, I check it every day, and I always look at whatโ€™s in store for the next two or three days

โ›“Check Market Sentiment And On Chain Metricsโ›“

For sentiment analysis, I check the fear and greed indexes for the stock market and the crypto market on a daily basis, and the Google Search trends for Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and other altcoins

As far as on chain metrics go, the only ones I check on a daily basis are the amount of BTC held by whales and the amount of BTC held on exchanges. Both of these indicators can be found on Glassnode

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ปCheck Crypto Social Media๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป

Twitter is one the best places to keep up with the crypto market in real time. This all depends on who youโ€™re following. I recommend Colin Wu, Ki Young Ju, Bob Loukas, and TraderSZ

๐Ÿ“ŠCheck Portfolio, Price Charts, Trade, Research๐Ÿ“Š

The last thing I check is the crypto market, my cryptocurrency portfolio, and the price charts for any cryptos of interest in my portfolio or that I learned about in my morning skim.

  1. Thanks for great vdo
I am still not yet on top of crypto since I am new for crypto
but realize we have many routines in common
    5:10 get up
    5:15 Start Meditation
5:35 Check port portfolio (Crypto & Forex)
5:40 Prepare breakfast and Veggie drink
    6:10 Drive to work
-Full time Working (Twitter sometime :P)
17:00 Drive back home – listen coin Bureau sometime : P
18:00 Exercise – Walking and Running (No cycling)
    19:00 Dinner
20:00 Start trading, Checking news, Listen coin Bureau vdo
22:00 Reading some book (not relate to crypto and Forex)
    22:30 Bed time

My time zone is in Asia. So 6 hrs faster than UK.

  2. I am very different. I try to find "set it and forget it" profit. Right now 20% in bumper finance earning 290%, 30% in Terra UST earning 20%, the rest in Vauld at 19%. Any project that has no downside like bumper, or constant APY like UST, hold my interest.

  3. If I was in London Iโ€™d love to be your crypto convo lunch partner!!!!! Youโ€™re daily routine is ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ cold showers ๐Ÿ’ฏ

  4. Great tips man. Nice shirt. It's all about DeFi gems for me right now. If the immense value the Defi gem $POND provides is anything to consider, this might be the only time anyone can get it at such a bargain price. The value it provides in tackling some of Defi's top problems makes $POND price one to watch closely

  5. i wakeup check my portfolio, wipe my tears and head to work. then i come home from work check my portfolio again, cry my self to sleep and repeat the process. good times๐Ÿ˜ถ

  6. One meal a day – breakfast? And at that mentioned only toast – carbs? Guy shares so much knowledge on Crypto etc, I 'd like to share some back on fitness & nutrition. Guy, better choices with nutrition is greater percentage of daily calories to come from Proteins, aside from better sense of satiety (feeling of fullness and the suppression of hunger for a period of time after a meal), proteins actually burn greatest percentage of calories to process than other two macros – fats & carbs. In terms of your fitness routine, just mild cardio like walking or running, while better than nothing, are far inferior to incorporating regular resistance training – as in lifting weights in order to prevent muscle atrophy, and instead to build some muscle. Takes same amount of time – hour a day, instead of running. And for cardio do step ups on and off onto a platform 8-10 inches tall – will get your heart rate up while also load your muscles better. Done indoors, no excuses for the weather. Greater percentage of muscle in the body will burn greater amount of calories, even at rest. Furthermore, greater ratio of muscles over fat in body composition, improves hormonal profile in favor of Testosterone over Estrogen. And we all know the paramount relevance of those hormones. It should be easy for you to make these improvements for yourself, with your analytical mind, in order to get the most bang for your buck, rather than gradually but surely slide into fat land. Get on it, I for one would like to see you get on the right track with it. Again, thanks for the knowledge you share.

  7. Through being scammed (a promise of funds recovery – with catches) I joined swyftx and binance as a condition to receive the funds then researched the scammer via those two companies and thereby learnt a scam was afoot
Subsequently and after informative videos I purchased a small amount of crypto, making
c18% profit after one month. HODLing seems a good fit for me, thank you Guy, re one of your other videos. One crypto bulled by 37% so I was pleasantly surprised. Small beginnings…

  8. I've tried many of your tipps with good results. Thank you. This is my routine.
    04:00-0415 wake up
meditate 20 minutes – 1 hours (normally Vipassana, but I've tried your meditation technique and it really is very empowering.
    Yoga 7-15 minutes (suryanamaskar)
with the rest of the time, until 7:308:00: first write (some literary projects), then study (law)
    7:30 or 8:00 breakfast 30 minutes
8:00 or 8:30-10 or 11: teach languages online (mostly German but also French, Spanish and English)
11 or 12:00 run for about 30 minutes (at this time you can get some sun rays which is good for health)
    12:3013:00 lunch.
13-14 or 15: projects, currently developing my profiles on several language teaching platforms. After that, other projects.
    15-18: teach languages online
18-19: study a language, currently Indonesian or Russian.
    19-19:30 meditation
1930 to 20:30 watch a film or series
20-21 or 20:30 to 21:30 read in bed.

So very similar and very different.

Thank you again for all the positive information.

May I suggest a retrospective "yang-meditation" during the evening to your morning 20 minutes – reflecting during the evening upon the events of the day, in chronological order, and feeling grateful for the achievements.

  9. I'd suggest reading other startups or projects as an investing routine. Recently I just read about StrongNode and its promising Edge Computing technology! Really hopeful that they can pull of the decentralization of data centers globally!
